1. ORDER AND CONFIRMATION
By placing the order, you agree to provide your name, address, email address, payment details and other required information.
You hereby warrant that you are 18 years of age and have a valid payment method and are authorized, such as a payment card or credit card.
The order is only valid after it has been accepted by Bstrong – Rehab & Prevention Equipment. Bstrong – Rehab & Prevention Equipment has the right to refuse orders in its sole discretion to prevent abnormal orders or orders not placed in good faith.
Upon receipt and acceptance of your order and payment for it, Bstrong – Rehab & Prevention Equipment will send you an order confirmation by e-mail with details of the equipment and service.
2. EQUIPMENT SALES
Legal ownership of equipment provided by Bstrong – Rehab & Prevention Equipment as part of the Bstrong system is transferred to you, the customer, upon full payment of the corresponding purchase price and any other amounts that may follow.
The price charged for the equipment is the price in effect at the time of the order and will be verified in the order confirmation.
The prices for the equipment include VAT and other applicable taxes, but do not include the cost of shipping and packaging, which must be paid at the same time. Shipping costs, packaging and related VAT and other taxes will be stated in the order confirmation.
Bstrong – Rehab & Prevention Equipment strives to ship the equipment within 4 working days after the order confirmation.
The shipment of our goods is done through reliable partners (Bpost or PostNL, depending on the nature of the package). Rehab and Prevention Equipment delivers a tracking code to the customer to track the package online. The shipped goods are shipped via insured shipping, but the risk of equipment loss passes to you, the customer, upon delivery of the equipment to the sender or courier OR delivery to the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service used, customer’s location, order volume and other reasons not due to Bstrong – Rehab & Prevention Equipment. Therefore, all delivery dates are non-binding estimates, and Bstrong – Rehab & Prevention Equipment can in no way be held liable for shipping delays or non-compliance with delivery estimates. Delivery dates are always indicative & late delivery does not entitle you to refuse orders and does not entitle you to compensation.
If you order abroad, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. You further agree to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
In case the customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase he/she has the right of return. To do so, the customer must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, product details and date of purchase. Thereupon Rehab & Prevention Equipment will send further instructions to return the concerning product.
